These terms and conditions govern your participation in the MLS - Muscat Livestock Affiliate Program (“MLS Partner Program”). You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by promoting our products and services as an affiliate.

Advertising Guidelines: Affiliates are permitted to promote our products and services through [approved advertising channels, such as social media, email marketing, etc.]. Affiliates may not use MLS branding in any unauthorized manner or engage in any deceptive or misleading advertising practices.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or related to the Program will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules and basic law of the Sultanate of Oman.

Termination clause: MLS holds the right to terminate the affiliate agreement at any time and for any reason, with or without cause. Upon termination, affiliates will no longer be eligible to receive commissions and must remove all promotional materials related to the Program.

1. MLS holds the right to refuse or stop payment if fraud or miscellaneous activity is detected on your account, which can also result in a permanent block. 

1. MLS can terminate your affiliate contract without any prior notice under valid conditions

2. MLS reserves the right to take legal action if the company name is compromised or comes under risk of jeopardy. 

It's important to carefully review and understand the terms and conditions of any affiliate program before participating, as they will outline the obligations and responsibilities of both parties.
